As we head towards the end of winter, Ermington Store and More is buzzing with activity. We’re delighted to be hosting a range of events that bring people together, support local groups, and make the most of our village space. Here’s what’s coming up over the next few weeks.
🏰 Local History Talk: Tintagel Archaeology
History lovers are in for a treat this February. The Ermington Local History Group will be hosting an evening talk on recent archaeological works at Tintagel, one of Britain’s most iconic historic sites.
The talk will be given by local archaeologist and English Heritage Curator Win Scutt, who will share insights into the latest discoveries and what they reveal about Tintagel’s past.
Tuesday 24 February
7.00 pm
£5 per person
This promises to be a fascinating evening for anyone with an interest in archaeology, local history, or heritage more broadly. All are very welcome.
💃 New Friday Dance Classes Starting 27 February
We’re also excited to welcome DP Dance Company to Ermington Store and More with brand new Friday dance classes, starting 27 February.
These weekly sessions are designed for children and young people and offer a fun, supportive environment to learn new skills and build confidence.
Friday timetable:
4:00 – 5:00 pm | Beginner Tap & Modern
5:00 – 5:45 pm | Street Dance
5:45 – 6:30 pm | 8+ Lyrical
Whether your child is new to dance or already loves to move, these classes are a fantastic opportunity to get involved locally.

We’re also pleased to share that catering is now available for celebrations and events held at Ermington Store and More. Whether you’re planning a birthday, anniversary, community gathering, or small private event, we can provide simple, tasty catering to suit your occasion.
From coffee and cake to light bites, our catering can be arranged alongside use of our events space, making it easy to host relaxed, local celebrations right in the heart of the village. If you’d like to discuss options, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
