Notice of Annual Members Meeting

We are writing to give formal notice of the Annual Members’ Meeting of Ermington Store & More Limited, which will take place as follows:

Date: Tuesday 29 September 2026 Time: 7.00pm Venue: Ermington Store & More

The meeting is an important part of the Society’s annual business and provides members with an opportunity to hear about the progress of Ermington Store & More, our plans for the future, and the state of our membership.

The business of the meeting will include:

1. Receiving the Annual Accounts for the previous financial year.

2. Receiving the Management Committee’s report on the Society’s performance during the previous year and its plans for the current and following year.

3. Receiving a report on the state of the Society’s membership and the Membership Strategy.

4. Appointment of financial auditors and/or external auditors, where applicable.

5. Declaration of the results of elections to the Management Committee.

6. Any other business properly included in this notice.
   

Under the Society’s Rules, the Annual Members’ Meeting is open to all Members. Every Member present is entitled to one vote, subject to the provisions of the Rules.

We hope that as many members as possible will be able to attend. The Annual Members’ Meeting is your opportunity to hear directly about the Society, ask questions, contribute to discussions and have your say in its future.
